- Customer happiness is very important to me, so if something about your order is not as you want it please contact me,
- All purchases except customised items (see below) can be returned for a refund, or exchange.....the choice is yours. In the case of items that have been customised to your exact requirements, e.g. named, I can only accept returns for defects in material or workmanship.
- You will need to pay return postage unless there is a fault on my behalf. Please always get a tracking number, and to avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' as I am not responsible for any return charges, losses or customs duties etc. I am also not responsible for return postage or carriage costs where a delivery has been attempted.
- Please return items in their original condition and full packaging within 14 days.
