Sussex Chair Plans
All profit from the sale of this plan goes to support people with Myelodysplastic Syndromes....a group of malignant blood disorders in which the bone marrow fails to produce healthy blood cells.
This digital listing, you will not receive anything in the post. This digital listing is for an instant download of a PDF file comprising seven pages, of which two A4 pages provide two photographs of a Sussex Chair with the main measurements annotated in rough manuscript, and a further five pages provide detail photographs and sketches and rough notes. I took these measurements from an original Sussex Chair at the Geffrye Museum, and I have produced a film series on my YouTube channel of how I made it. With these measurements you should be able to make a chair, but please note they are a scan from my work book, and are hand written and are not professionally laid out.
This is a project for someone who has a fair amount of woodworking experience, and I do not provide step by step instructions as I am assuming you have made similar items in the past, neither do I provide a cutting list as I assume you will be using greenwood to make this.
Accompanying this listing is a series of YouTube films....Part 1 of which starts here:
These films can be viewed without purchasing the plans, however the plans go hand in hand with the films and represent very good value.
This is a digital listing only, both the plans and the films are made available to you on-line, and you will not receive plans or a chair in the post from me!
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
